Dental Patient Tells His Story

A CVIM Patient’s Story

Andrew came to us as a new patient who hadn’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. He was very anxious and eventually explained to us that he had a traumatic experience with a dentist. He was in a lot of pain from a piece of a needle that had been left embedded in his mouth.

After a few visits to talk with him about his dental treatment and do extensive restorative work he began to trust the dental professionals. His appearance allowed him to smile more and gave him the confidence to apply for jobs.

Andrew is very happy and cannot stop thanking the dental volunteers and staff for fixing his teeth, helping him cope with his fears, and giving him the education to move toward a lifetime of good oral health.
